1. Seller and contact details
The seller is Collins Chima, trading as Collins Digital Studio (“Collins Digital Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Email: chimecollins@ymail.com
Website: resources.collinsdigitalstudio.com
2. Status of this offer and acceptance
This User Agreement and Public Offer sets out the terms on which Collins Digital Studio offers digital products to customers. By submitting an order and completing payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and enter into a purchase agreement with Collins Digital Studio.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete the purchase. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Product
The product currently offered is the SaaS Technical Support Escalation Toolkit, a digital resource containing a PDF field guide, an editable Microsoft Word workbook, and a Quick Start and Licence PDF. The product page describes the current contents, format, and compatibility requirements.
The toolkit is an educational and professional productivity resource. It does not guarantee a particular employment, business, technical, or financial result.
4. Price, payment, and taxes
The price and currency shown on the product page or checkout page at the time of purchase apply to the order. Any applicable tax, currency conversion, or payment charge will be shown or handled during checkout where required.
Payments are processed through Lava. Lava provides payment-processing and digital-delivery technology. Collins Digital Studio remains the seller and provider of the digital product. A purchase is complete only after payment is successfully authorized.
5. Digital delivery
The product is delivered electronically through Lava after successful payment. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account used at checkout.
If delivery does not arrive or the download cannot be accessed, contact us and include the checkout email address and available order details. Do not send a full card number, password, or sensitive payment credentials.
6. Single-user licence
Unless a different licence is stated at checkout, purchase grants one customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the toolkit for that customer’s own professional or personal work.
You may edit and adapt the included templates for your own work. You may not:
- share the source files with another person or team;
- resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, or upload the product or a substantially similar derivative;
- remove ownership or licence notices;
- use the product to create a competing template pack or digital product for sale; or
- use the product unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Company-wide or multi-user use requires separate written permission from Collins Digital Studio.
7. Seven-day refund promise
If the toolkit is not the right fit, you may request a refund within seven calendar days after purchase. Submit the request through our refund contact page and include the email used at checkout plus available order or payment details.
Approved refunds are processed through Lava to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. After a refund, your licence ends and you must stop using and delete the downloaded files. This voluntary promise does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
8. Intellectual property
The toolkit, website copy, visual design, templates, and associated materials are owned by Collins Digital Studio or used with permission. Except for the limited licence in Section 6, no ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
9. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for checking the product description before purchasing, maintaining a compatible device and software, protecting downloaded files from unauthorized sharing, and adapting any template to your employer’s policies and applicable law.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, correct, replace, or discontinue the product or website. A change will not remove a customer’s right to the version already purchased or any mandatory legal right. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is unauthorized, fraudulent, unlawful, or made in error; any collected amount will be handled through the payment provider.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The product is provided as a practical educational resource. You remain responsible for professional decisions and for verifying that your use complies with organizational procedures, confidentiality duties, data-protection requirements, and applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collins Digital Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Privacy and third-party services
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Lava and other third-party services may apply their own terms and privacy policies when you use their websites or payment services.
13. Governing rules and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller and the transaction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a court or competent authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the product, payment process, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. The terms presented when you place an order apply to that purchase unless a later change is required by law or is more favorable to you.
Questions about these terms? Use the contact widget or visit the contact page. We aim to make the purchase conditions clear before you order.
